Win $50! 7/14/2021

The Library’s Summer Reading Challenge is underway.  This year we are using a Reading Bingo sheet.  Individual boxes on the Bingo sheet invite you to ‘read outside’ or read a book with the word, ‘tale’ or ‘tail’ in it and many other reading ideas.  Once the box challenge is complete cross that box out.  Once 5 in a column are crossed out, visit the library for a ticket to our $50 drawing.  4 $50 prizes will be awarded.  One for each of the 4 age brackets.  The odds of winning are pretty good at the moment, especially in the 0-5 & 12-18 age brackets, as we have yet to receive any entries.  The Summer Reading Challenge will run until September 1st the 1st day of school.  Stop by the library and we’ll help you get started.
Those willing to share their book recommendations may also enter the drawing.  We have 1/4 sheet forms for you to fill in for your recommendations.  It’s easy peasy and will help you and others fill in the reading challenge box that asks that you read someone’s ‘recommendation’.
Take & Make crafts are available at the library.  Stop by and have something on hand for a rainy day.
Indoor visits are welcome:  Monday-Thursday, Noon-5:45 pm and Friday & Saturday, 9-11:45 am.  We still ask that you keep your visits short and recommend wearing a mask.  Thank you for your consideration.
