Friends of the Library
The Mellen Friends of the Library and Legion Memorial Library have been best of friends since 1976. Through the members' dedication and countless hours of volunteer work; the Friends continue to enrich our community by sustaining and expanding the library's facility, materials, and services.
Friends of the Library meetings are normally held each month on the 1st Thursday of the month at 5:00 p.m. Meetings last about an hour and everyone is welcome to attend. *Please note that the 2024 November meeting has been changed to Thursday, November 14th at 5pm.
The Friends of Our Wonderful Library support the Library's vision, "To honor, enrich, and inspire".
