Summer Reading, 6/2/2021
It Summer Reading time! Stop by the library to sign-up for this year’s Summer Reading Challenge. This year we’ve added a fun Reading Bingo challenge. During the month of June, we invite you to pick up coloring pages and enter them in our drawing for ice cream cones. Take and Make bags are available.
The Summer Reading Book Club will meet on Monday, June 7th at 6 pm to discuss, “Out of the Northwoods, The Many Lives of Pual Bunyan” by M. E. Banyon. We’ll be meeting outside, so please bring a camp chair. You may also wish to bring a beverage, snack, and bug spray. In case of rain, we will meet indoors in the library and ask that you wear a mask.
We’ll be gathering on the library’s front lawn for the Worldwide Knit in Public Day on Saturday, June 12 from 10 am to noon. Bring your project, lawn/camp chair, beverage & snack and join in the fun. In case of rain the event will be cancelled.
The library is welcoming indoor visits Monday-Thursday 12:30-5:30 pm and Friday & Saturday 9:30-11:30 am. Curbside pickup is still available. Stop by soon and join us in Summer Reading.
Happy Summer Reading!
