November 6 – Friends Meeting this Week

Please Note:  The Library will be closed until noon on Monday, November 11th in honor of Veterans Day.  We’ll open at noon, resume our schedule and remain open until 6 PM.

Library School Storytime will meet three more Thursdays at 9 AM before they take a break for the Holidays.  Themes of the day will center around the following books:  Never Play Music Right Next to the Zoo by John Lithgow, The Best Time of Day by Eileen Spinelli, and Up, Down & Around by Katherine Ayres.  Programs are planned for three year olds to attend with an adult caregiver, but older and younger children are welcome to attend.

The Friends of the Library will meet this Thursday, November 7th at 5 PM.  New members welcome.

Conversation & Crafts will meet Thursday, November 7th at 7 PM.  Bring what you’re working on (crocheting, knitting, embroidery, etc.) and enjoy the company of fellow crafters.

The monthly Wednesday afternoon movie will be the new version of Disney’s The Lion King.  Join us on Wednesday, November 13th at 1:30 to enjoy this film.  We’ll have popcorn!
