National Library Week 4/7/2021

It’s National Library Week! We join with communities and their libraries across our nation to celebrate. It is a good time to announce that our Library Board met last week and made the decision to open our doors to visits beginning Monday, May 3rd in addition to our continued Curbside Pickup. Stay tuned for more details in the weeks ahead.

Curbside Pickup is Monday-Thursday Noon-6 pm and Friday & Saturday 9 am-Noon. Call the library for pickup time scheduling, requests for books, DVDs, and/or magazines, help with eBooks and audio downloads, or just to check in. We’re here to help.

The Library’s Spring Coloring Drawing is accepting entries.  Next Monday, April 12th D.E.A.R. Day, Drop Everything And Read Day is the deadline. Five winners of $10 will be drawn for. Three entries per person. All ages are welcome to participate. Use your own coloring pages or request pages from Curbside Pickup, 715-274-8331. Thank you to all who have entered.  The welcoming Spring pictures delight visitors to our building. If you’re out walking you can also check out our Spring blossoms.  The crocuses are blooming in white, yellow, and purple.  The daffodils and tulips won’t be far behind, especially with the rain we got Monday night.
