Interested in Joining a Book Club? 12/27/2021
Visit “StoryWalk®” at the Library. Laminated pages from a children’s book are attached to foam boards and staked along the sidewalk & pathway at the Library. You’re invited to read the story as you stroll along. The book we’ve chosen is, “The First Day of Winter” by Denise Fleming. If you enjoy during library open hours, Monday-Thursday, 10 am-5:45 pm, pop in the library to see all the new additions to our children’s collection, and pick-up a Take & Make project.
We are looking for people to join our Wednesday morning book club. It meets once a month. The third Wednesday of the month. The next meeting is January 19th at 9 am. We’ll be discussing, “We Are All Welcome Here” by Elizabeth Berg. Books (or books on CD as they are available) are borrowed through interlibrary loan, so there is no cost to join. You just need to let us know of your interest and we’ll order a book for you and let you know when it arrives.
The Library will be closed on Friday, December 31 & Saturday, January 1. Happy New Year!
