Extended Open Hours, 8/4/2021
The Library will be extending our open hours beginning this week. Open hours are Monday-Thursday, 10 am-5:45 pm and Friday & Saturday, 9 am-11:45 am.
The Summer Reading Bingo Challenge runs through August 31st with the $50 Drawing taking place on September 1st. Pickup a Bingo sheet from the library and cross out the reading challenges or cross out boxes for each book read to achieve a ‘BINGO!’
Drawing tickets are given for each book recommendation too. What book have you read this summer that you think others may enjoy? Take & Make crafts are available from the library.
The last Summer Reading Book Club meeting will take place next Monday, August 9th at 6 pm. We’ll be discussing, “The Eighty-Dollar Champion: Snowman, The Horse that Inspired a Nation” by Elizabeth Letts. With the Summer Reading Book Club ending comes the start of our regular monthly book club gatherings. If you’re interested in signing up for the Monday night, What Kind of Book Club Is This?!?! group or Tuesday morning offering. Let us know by calling or stopping by the library.
