The Northern Waters Library Network now has a new catalog.  If you use a mobile device for placing holds you must download the Northern Waters Library Network app from your preferred app store to access the new catalog.  The benefits of the mobile app are the ability to add your library card to your device’s digital wallet for easy access, search the catalog and request items to be delivered to your home library, and you may scan the UPC symbol an any book and find out if your library has it in their collection.

Asahi Nordic Exercise meets weekly on Wednesdays at 4pm here at the Mellen Library.  Join us for this “A Simple And Healthy Idea” gathering.  No special equipment needed.  The focus is on movement, breathing, and balance.  We have been doing the exercises while standing.  You may choose to do exercises from a chair.  There is no need for a mat or getting up and down from the floor.  Come and see if this is something that would be a good fit for you.

Friday, April 25th at 6pm is Paint Night at the Library.  Come join us as we painting along with Michelle the Painter and create her “Titmouse & Tulips”.  We encourage you to register in advance as our space is limited.  Once you’ve registered, we’ll give you a supply list.

Please note that the Library will be closed Friday, April 18.  The library will be open on Saturday, April 19 from 9am-noon.
