Coming soon: Storytime on Demand -Each week a theme will be chosen by Miss Jennie. A book, song, craft, and activity will be prepared for 3 yr. olds, to attend with their caregiver. Caregivers will need to call in advance to set up an appointment. Check in with your friends and family and come together if you wish. Pick the same time each week or change it up as needed. Miss Jennie will update her calendar month by month and accommodate your busy schedules. Stop by or call 715-274-8331 to let us know if you are interested in Storytime on Demand.
Painters gathered last week to create Michelle the Painter’s “Christmas Gnome”. You can find Michelle’s tutorials online -Michelle the Painter from Berkshire Paint & Sip, Paint & Sip from Home. She offers paint nights where you may pre-order a package of supplies to have on hand when you follow along and paint with her. Our paint nights at the library are free. We ask that you bring a canvas, some brushes, and a container for water to clean your brushes. The library has some brushes and paint you may use. The brushes and paint may not always match the demonstration we’re watching, but we can usually have colors pretty close to those used. We do ask that you register in advance, as our paint workspace is limited. Our next session will be on Friday, January 24 at 6pm. We will be painting along with Angela Anderson to create “Funny Chicken”. You may register to attend by stopping by the library and signing up.
