Asahi Nordic Exercise at Gilman Park July 5, 2024

Margaret Vainio from Finland and our local Asahi Nordic Exercise instructor, Naomi Kauppi of Bessemer lead a group of us in this practice last Friday.  It was a beautiful afternoon along the Bad River in Gilman Park, stretching and breathing while hearing the river, birds, and laughter of those prepping for the frog jump.  Thank you to Margaret & Naomi for spending time with us.
