Ready for the Bellringer Run

Bellringer Run T-shirt Stacks
It’s The Night Before the 4th of July, (author Natasha Wing) as the book I read to our “Littles” today is titled. We celebrated a bit early by marching around the library and waving our flags.
We are set up for the Bellringer Race’s Early Bird pickup and looking forward to the Bellringer tomorrow. Our volunteers have been busy, not only with the Bellringer Run, but with the Summer Raffle and the Frog Jump. Thank you to our volunteers flagging at the corners, offering water, leading and following our runners, our sponsors, and our participants. Thank you to all at City Hall for helping with the logistics and details. Thank you to the Mellen Fire & Rescue for being on site and ready to help. Thank you to Northern State Bank for your power source and to Superior Choice Credit Union for the Finish Line water. Thank you to the Mellen Lions Club for your help at the Finish Line and our Timers Gina & Troy BeBeau. Thank you to our raffle ticket sellers and buyers. Thank you to Amber Ericksen for organizing the Frog Jump. Thank you to all our Frog Jump volunteers. A special thanks to Cheryl Hamm & Lori Wiener for your help with all of these events while taking care of your regular duties. There are so many giving and caring people throughout our community taking the time to create family fun activities and food to celebrate our Independence Day! We hope you all have time to celebrate and give thanks.
