Flu Vaccine Clinics Ashland County October 2025
There will be a Drive Thru Flu Shot Clinic for Ashland County on October 8, 2025, from 3-6pm in the Ashland County Health & Human Service Parking Lot 630 Sanborn Ave, Ashland, WI. No appointment is necessary. The Clinic is open to everyone for more information call the Ashland County Health Department at 715-682-7028. They will offer Fluzone Trivalent, P-Free for 6 months of age and older. $35 per dose. And Fluzone HD Tri, P-Free for 65+ years of age. $85 per dose. The accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dean HealthPlan, Medicare, Medicaid/ForwardHealth/BadgerCare, United Healthcare, Group Healthcare, Security Health HMO, United Healthcare and Humana. They can provide a receipt of payment for other insurance for private reimbursement.
A Flu Clinic will be offered at the Mellen Library & Senior Center on October 14th, from 11:30am -12:30pm.
Storytime at the Library will begin on Thursday, October 2nd at 9am. If you are interested in attending, please contact Jennie Thewis at the Library. This program is planned for 3-year-olds to attend with an adult caregiver. We sing, play, read and create. Our first session we will read the book, “Comin Down to Story Time” by Rob Reid. It gives a great overview of what Storytime will be like each week at the library.
The Friends of the Library will meet on Thursday, October 2 at 5pm. Come join the Friends and help us plan our Fall and Winter activities and programs.

Asahi Nordic Exercise continues on Wednesday at 8:30am outdoors at The Friends Place. The fresh air and the beautiful hillside with the changing leaves are a great way to enjoy time outside while exercising. Come and join us!
