All ages who earn 50 reading points may enter the drawing sponsored by the Friends of the Library. Those in 5th Grade and under will receive a reading medal upon completion of 50 reading points and be entered in the drawing. Last day to record points is August 31st, so there’s plenty of time left to join us.
There is a monthly Take & Make project available. This month is a jellyfish to go with our theme, “Oceans of Possibilities”. There are also weekly creatures to color and add to the ocean display. A sudoku puzzle and “Stick Together” project to work on. Check in on the “Legion Memorial Library” Facebook page. See the progress on our “Stick Together”. Can you guess what it is? There are also pictures of last week’s acrylic paintings, inspired by Angela Anderson’s “Firefly Lantern” on the Facebook page.
Hope to see you soon at the library.
