Outdoor Movie, 6/16/2021
The Library invites you to an Outdoor Movie showing of “Wonder” at Gilman Park on Thursday, June 17th at 9 PM. This family fun event is free. You must provide your own seating, beverages, and snacks. Bug spray is also advised. Outdoor movies are weather dependent. If the movie must be cancelled due to rain, it will be posted on the library’s Facebook page and website. Due to using shared equipment on a tight schedule, we will not be able to reschedule if cancelled due to poor weather.
Summer Reading is on! We have changed it up a bit and are handing out, “Summer Reading Bingo” sheets for all to fill in.
- Fill in one row for 1 ticket
- Fill the whole Bingo sheet for 5 tickets to enter the drawing
- Fill out as many sheets as you can over the Summer – The more you enter the better your chance to win!
- The Drawing will take place the first day of school on Wednesday, September 1st
There are 4 age brackets this year: 0-5, 6-11, 12-18, and 19+. There are different Bingo sheets for each bracket. There will be a drawing for prizes from each bracket. Bingo sheets and registration forms are available at the library. A set number of Take & Make bags will be available each week, too.
Library Open hours are Monday-Thursday, 12:30-5:30 pm and Friday & Saturday 9:30-11:30 am. We are still asking people visiting indoors to wear masks at this time. Curbside is also available. We’re happy to fill a bag and bring out to the vehicle for kids and adults.
