Asahi is an exercise program developed in Finland.  The movements are completed with attention to your breathing.  Wear comfortable clothing (no mats needed) and join us for ASAHI: A Simple And Healthy Idea.  All ages are welcome.  The Friends of the Library are sponsoring this weekly event.
