Asahi Nordic Exercise is a routine of gentle stretching, balance, and wellness exercises based on a program originating in Finland.  No special equipment is needed, and you work at your own pace. This program is offered weekly at the Mellen Library & Senior Center Wednesday afternoons through the month of March at 4pm.
